"I don't know yet, I'm still trying to find out exactly what happened," Jose Oliveros, with Royal Management, said.
The Dumpster was loaded with folder after folder, filled with personal information just waiting to get into the wrong hands.
Royal Management, off I-10 West in Boerne, secured the Dumpster and removed the documents.
"We do have processes in place," Oliveros said. "Obviously we're going to go back and review those, to see where it happened, what happened and why."
More companies are turning to Toshiba Business Solutions and going paperless to guard personal information.

Royal Management thinks a worker might have made an honest mistake, not realizing the folders had private information. They said they're glad it was brought to their attention.
"We don't think that there was any divulging of information that may cause damage to anybody," Oliveros said.
